Carlie got a very special phone call last night right before bedtime. The phone rang and it was none other than Sleeping Beauty! She just called to say goodnight. Carlie was so funny to listen to, most little kids I think would be listening in awe at the short message, but not Carlie. I'd hear Carlie say "but..." pause, "Princ..." pause, "do..." pause, "if...". She was trying to get a word in edgewise, and if you know Carlie, she's not used to being the one who is listening! It was great to see her little face light up and she was very excited. She asked me if tomorrow Jasmine would call her to say good morning.
